Cynthia Johnson (CJ) has been the owner and chief consultant for COMMCO. - Communication Consulting and Coaching for roughly 25 years.  CJ is a keynote presenter, trainer and mediator in the areas of organizational communication, leadership, conflict resolution workplace morale and ethics, as well and other varying topics.  Additionally, she has been a full-time professor of Communication and Psychology for over 20 years at College of the Sequoias and has served as the division chair for the Language and Communication Studies division for over a decade.  CJ has authored textbooks in the areas of interpersonal communication and public speaking, has been a certified relationship specialist and enjoys voice over work in her downtime.
